1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using the Astral website, app, or services, you're agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use Astral. You need to be at least 13 (the minimum age for Discord) to make an account, so if you're younger than that, please don't sign up.

2. Your Account and Use of Astral

Only use Astral for legal purposes, and follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy while you do. Keep youra account details to yourself, since you're responsible for whatever happens on your account. If you misuse the services on purpose, we can permanently ban your account, and you may be held responsible for any damage caused.

3. Acceptable Use and Account Termination

To keep Astral safe and stable for everyone, please don't do any of the following:

• Malicious Content: Making, uploading, or sharing macros, scripts, or files that contain malware or viruses, or that are meant to harm other people's systems or game.
• Network Abuse: Spamming, overloading, or trying to take down (DoS/DDoS) our servers, databases, or API routes.
• Authentication Bypass: Faking your Hardware ID (HWID), getting around device limits, reverse-engineering how login works, or sharing your account with people who aren't allowed to use it.
• Illegal or Harmful Activity: Using Astral to share illegal, seriously offensive, or copyrighted material without permission.
• Purposely Misleading Content: Using Astral to cheat for in-game rewards, fame, or any other unfair advantage.

We can suspend or permanently delete your account at any time, with or without warning, if you break these Terms. Doing anything on the list above will get your account banned, your HWID and IP blocked, and any content you uploaded possibly removed. You can also stop using Astral and ask us to delete your account whenever you want (see our Privacy Policy); once it's gone, you lose access right away.

4. Intellectual Property and User Content

Everything that makes up Astral (its code, features, and design) belongs to its developers. You can't copy, change, sell, share, or reverse-engineer any part of it without our written permission.

5. Affiliation Disclaimer

Astral is an independent tool. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to RobTop Games or Geometry Dash in any way, and all game names and trademarks belong to their owners.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Astral is provided "as is" and "as available." We can't promise it'll always be reliable, accurate, or online, and we don't guarantee it'll be bug-free or never crash. A lot of its features are powerful and can cause crashes or seriously change how Geometry Dash works if you don't use them carefully, so you use it at your own risk.

We (the developers of Astral) aren't responsible for any damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, Astral, including things like lost data, account bans, or game crashes. And if your use of Astral, something you upload, or your breaking of these Terms causes a legal problem for us, you agree to cover the resulting claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees).

7. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of the United States, and any disputes about them or about your use of Astral will be handled under those laws.

8. Changes and Contact

We might update these Terms now and then. When we do, we'll post the new version here, update the "Last Updated" date, and reflect the changes in the installer, and if you keep using Astral after that, you're agreeing to the latest version.
